Warranty

Shenzhen Pudu Technology Co., LTD, (“Pudu Robotics”) provides warranty service. Warranty period may vary by country and is subject to local laws and regulations.

In Warranty

Distributors provide maintenance services to end-users, and Pudu Robotics provides free maintenance spare parts and technical support;
Pudu Robotics provides warranties on the following conditions:
a. The products are within the specified warranty period;
b. The products are normally used, without man-made quality problems;
c. No unauthorized disassembly or maintenance, no water, foreign matters, collision, falling, or other similar situations happened;
d. Product serial number, factory label and other marks are not torn or altered.

Out of Warranty

Customers are responsible for the cost of spare parts and maintenance services, while Pudu Robotics provides free technical support;
Pudu Robotics will not provide warranties on any of the following conditions:
a. The product’s warranty has expired;
b. Product serial number, factory label and other marks are torn or altered and cannot be identified;
c. Quality problems are caused by collision, burning, and foreign matter (water, oil, sand, etc.) and not by the product itself;
d. Damage caused by unauthorized modification, disassembly, shell opening, and maintenance under unofficial guidance;
e. Damage caused by improper installation, use, charging or storage without following the instructions;
f. Damage caused by using the product over its payload capacity;
g. Faults of accessories or parts other than major warranty parts;
h. Faults and damages caused by force majeure (such as earthquake, fire, etc.).
The final interpretation right of this policy belongs to Pudu Robotics.

TabTraining services
Pudu Robotics provides product training, covering robot hardware, software systems, installation, troubleshooting, etc. Pudu Robotics will further provide relevant technical documents.
Extended Warranty Services
Extended warranty services can be purchased at any time during the product’s warranty period. It is not allowed to purchase extended warranty services when the product’s warranty has expired. Content
